Jim Kelly’s back in action and held his most recent boxing event at Omar Shrina at Patriot’s Point last Friday night. It’s a good location and if they could get lighting worked out, would be perfect. The issues with getting qualified boxers seem to have been worked out. These fights seemed to draw more from around the region and it showed in the quality of the fights. There were lots of new faces and most of the fights ended in at least a TKO.
